Met with the owner and all has been secured while on site. The property is vacant and secured. Jeffery Hall has died and the other owner listed for the property is keeping the property secured. All openings to the house have been secured at this time. The other structures have been secured that are detached from the main house. Did place a placard on the side window of "Do Not Enter" and went over that no one can be on the property after dark until the sun comes up. Did go over that if any one is on the property to work, that the owner Victor needs to be aware that they are on the property. Did see another case on the property for work with out permits and due to the property being secured, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
