Description:
water has been shut off people are living in the house the gas will be shut off next Monday The water repairs will take a number of months and the house is not livable without water for the bathroom and cooking cleaning I am presently in the hospital and the people in the house are there without my consent. The water cannot be turned back on until I go home and that may 6 to 8 months
