Complaint no water to property, water was shut off 11/18/2015... Arrived on site after speaking to the owner who is out of state and the sister who is in town... met with occupant James at the property, States they have all utilities, ask him to turn on the water and water was running... Check water meter to find no red tag or no zip tag in the box... Called Tucson water for an investigation and to lock out meter if they found tampering has taken place... Checked with supervision will wait for further action after Tucson water has done their investigation... Made contact with tenant once again and put him on notice verbally ,if water is not restored legally, I will shut down home ... Will follow up in 24 hours |
