Arrived on site for follow up... Posting still at front door... Knocked on door front and side no answer home appears to be vacant...Sister of owner called states changed the locks on front door .. at this point will move to close out this case. |

Arrived on site after Tucson water did their investigation... Was found by them to be opened again, this time was locked by Tucson Water with a lock on the curb stop... Knocked on front door three occupants inside Russell James and Angela... All claimed to have legal status for being here, explain to him with no utilities, they cannot be here at the dwelling... They were given 30 minutes to vacate the premises... postings at front and rear doors along with order to vacate... All three occupants left on foot.. Will advise supervision |
