01/29/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe.

01/15/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved Met with the wife of the property and the husband works for a contractor that does work for the City of Tucson. He will some times take the equipment home and park on the side of the house. At the time of the inspection was a trailer used for hauling to the dump. I did talk to the contractor by phone and all the items that were dicussed were hers belonging to the contractor. There was a builing in the rear of the property and will need to check for a permit. The building is on the property line on the side and rear and appears to be a storage room. Has a porch in the middle of the property and a fenced or blocked area on the other side of the property. Will check records and if not permitted will do N.O.V. RV.
11/26/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved Have been in contact with draftsman and correction are still be done. The last inspection was done on 10-8-13. Some changes need to be done on the plan before the finals are done. Will check in 60 days. RV.
