Met with the wife of the property and the husband works for a contractor that does work for the City of Tucson. He will some times take the equipment home and park on the side of the house. At the time of the inspection was a trailer used for hauling to the dump. I did talk to the contractor by phone and all the items that were dicussed were hers belonging to the contractor. There was a builing in the rear of the property and will need to check for a permit. The building is on the property line on the side and rear and appears to be a storage room. Has a porch in the middle of the property and a fenced or blocked area on the other side of the property. Will check records and if not permitted will do N.O.V. RV. |
