Description:

Laundry Room - washers and dryers are not wired propertly. Room has trash in it. Water not always on at the park. Water and gas is turned off quite frequently. Weeds and grass overgrown around the park. Sewer system often overfills and flows out into the park. Caller thinks that the lack of weed cutting is causing the possible sewer issues. She said the weeds and vegetation is thick inside the park. Caller was told to call us the next time there is an actual sewer overflow problem.

No accessible area behind the dryers, unless moved. The area also houses two gas water heaters ventilated separated via the roof; termination missing cap. 4 washers installed on the north wall. None of the outlets are GFCI as required in damp locations. One outlet is not secured to wall and is hanging 2' above washers near wall, despite being in conduit. Floor drain has standing. Additionally, there is accumulation of vegetation over 6" at various locations throughout parcel, as wells as debris, particularly unit 108.

(3) Dead trees and dead shrubs; (4) Dead palm fronds within ten fee of the ground, a structure, a fence or wall, or of any combustible other than the tree from which the fronds have grown; (5) Any tree, shrub, or other form of vegetation of any kind on the property or on the adjoining right-of-way, street, or alley that extends over or under the sidewalk space or roadway in a manner that may interfere with the reasonable use of the street, sidewalk, or alley for pedestrian or vehicular traffic of any kind or that may obstruct the view or light distribution of traffic-control devices or luminaries. Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade. Not Approved
