The only violation remaining is some scattered debris and refuse at 4 units: 77, 98, 108, 100. Management will be contacted.
10/03/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met manager Joe Babel at property and laundry room. Advised him that appliances not installed to code under permit will need to be completely removed, including venting. He had previously just cut the electric, gas, and water and locked the door. The holes in fascia where the venting was located need to be repaired; the drain needs unclogging. Outlet does not have to be gfci at this point, but secured to wall, found original placement.
10/01/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection of laundry room showed door locked; visual inspection via window showed interior in same condition as initial inspection; nothing has been removed or repaired or installed to code. A sign is present on window indicating laundry room is permanently closed.
