No accessible area behind the dryers, unless moved. The area also houses two gas water heaters ventilated separated via the roof; termination missing cap. 4 washers installed on the north wall. None of the outlets are GFCI as required in damp locations. One outlet is not secured to wall and is hanging 2' above washers near wall, despite being in conduit. Floor drain has standing. Additionally, there is accumulation of vegetation over 6" at various locations throughout parcel, as wells as debris, particularly unit 108. |
