Below are some violations of the Tucson Fire Code ( 2006 International Fire Code with modifications) that shall be corrected in order to come into compliance. BUILDING 1 ___1.PROBLEM: Fire door near unit 1310 not closing properly. TFC REFERENCE: 703.2.3 Door operation. Swinging fire doors shall close from the full-open position and latch automatically. The door closer shall exert enough force to close and latch the door from any partially open position.
