12/10/2007 INSP - LIFE SAFETY BCOBB Approved Please correct the following Tucson Fire Code [IFC 2006 with modifications] violations: Note: This letter shall serve as a pre-citation . Marshal 30 found 3 of the 4 doors locked on 12/5/2007, and the west security gate padlocked shut. Also the area was blocked with shelving. This is part of the exit to a public way, and MUST be clear and unlocked at all times the public is in the building. A citation could have been issued. Any future violations and a citation may be issued, resulting in a court appearance and probable fines. Please review carefully the below order of the Fire Marshal. Thank you.
12/14/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION BCOBB Approved Upon re-inspection all doors were unlocked- Good job. Manager will be looking into panic hardware. RI 1/15/2007. As of 4/08 All approved at this bank of doors and patio! Good Job!
12/14/2007 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS BCOBB Approved Doors were unlocked, but locks need to be changed.
