Marshal 30 found 3 of the 4 doors locked on 12/5/2007, and the west security gate padlocked shut. Also the area was blocked with shelving. This is part of the exit to a public way, and MUST be clear and unlocked at all times the public is in the building. A citation could have been issued. Any future violations and a citation may be issued, resulting in a court appearance and probable fines. Please review carefully the below order of the Fire Marshal. Thank you. |
