Items such as, but not limited to: 10 gallons of used oil, wooden pallets, old unused furniture, plastics of all sort, 3 junked non operative vehicles, old clothes. All of these materials and other non-used combustible material shall be removed. This is in violation of IFC 304.1. Which states….. 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 2). Currently the steps from 757 has deteriorated, these steps shall be repaired. IFC 1027 3). 761 is open and unsecured. This apt shall be secured at once. IFC 304 |
