03/22/2007 | INSP - REINSPECTION | Violation | On 2-28-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 761, 759 and 757 east pastime Road in Tucson, Arizona. Another inspection was held on 3-22-07 You have identified as the responsible party of the buildings according to records in the Pima Country Parcel Date, here in Tucson, Arizona. The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). Adjacent to 761 and 759 there is a excessive amount of combustible material. Items such as, but not limited to: 10 gallons of used oil, wooden pallets, old unused furniture, plastics of all sort, 7 junked non operative vehicles, old clothes, and old refrigerator. All of these materials and other non-used combustible material shall be removed. This is in violation of IFC 304.1. Which states….. 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 2). Currently the steps from 757 has deteriorated, these steps shall be repaired. IFC 1027 3). 761 is open and unsecured. This apt shall be secured at once. IFC 304 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 4-5-07 . A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. |
