Items such as, but not limited to: 10 gallons of used oil, wooden pallets, old unused furniture, plastics of all sort, 3 junked non operative vehicles, old clothes. All of these materials and other non-used combustible material shall be removed. This is in violation of IFC 304.1. Which states….. 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 2).
