Persons responsible for the operation of areas in which hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, handled or used shall be familiar with the chemical nature of the materials and the appropriate mitigating actions necessary in the event of a fire, leak or spill. Responsible persons shall be designated and trained to be liaison personnel for the Fire Department. These persons shall aid the Fire Department in preplanning emergency responses and identification of the locations where hazardous materials are located, and shall have access to Material Safety Data Sheets and be knowledgeable in the site emergency response procedures. Stationary compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be marked with the name of the gas and in accordance with Sections 2703.5 and 2703.6. Markings shall be visible from any direction of approach. Properly mark all of your STATIONARY compressed gas cylinders that are not already marked.

Accumulations of wastepaper, wood, hay, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste or rubbish of any type shall not be permitted to remain on a roof or in any court, yard, vacant lot, alley, parking lot, open space, or beneath a grandstand, bleacher, pier, wharf, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or other similar structure. Combustible waste material ( wood, furniture, glass, cardboard, etc) on outside of premises will be removed. All combustible storage will be kept 10 feet from the eaves of the building.
02/08/2007 VIOL - FIRE SERVICE FEATURES NSPRENGE Violation 605.1 Abatement of electrical hazards. Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the code official responsible for enforcement of the ICC Electrical Code. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Replace the missing circuit breaker in the breaker box with a blank.
02/08/2007 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS NSPRENGE Violation 1011.1 Where required. Exits and exit access doors shall be marked by an approved exit sign readily visible from any direction of egress travel. Access to exits shall be marked by readily visible exit signs in cases where the exit or the path of egress travel is not immediately visible to the occupants. Exit sign placement shall be such that no point in an exit access corridor is more than 100 feet (30 480 mm) or the listed viewing distance for the sign, whichever is less, from the nearest visible exit sign. Place illuminated exit signs over Exterior exit doors and doors that lead to exit enclosures. Exit signs should be visible from any direction.
02/08/2007 VIOL - WELDING & OTHER HOT WRK NSPRENGE Violation 2603.1 General. Hot work conditions and operations shall comply with this chapter. The use of propane/butane torch for melting pitch/attaching compenents must meet provisions of this code. Hot work must be performed on a non combustible surface and away from other combustible materials. Area must be signed to mark a hazardous process ( hotwork ). There may be no use of paper on the surface that hotwork is being performed on. Records of hotwork must be kept and maintained available upon future inspections.
02/08/2007 VIOL - FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS NSPRENGE Violation 4. Group F occupancies: Quantities in dining, office, and school uses within Group F occupancies shall not exceed that necessary for demonstration, laboratory work, maintenance purposes and operation of equipment, and shall not exceed quantities set forth in Table 2703.1.1(1). All other flammable/ combustible liquids on site will not exceed 10 gallons in an open use system or 30 gallons accumulative in storage or use. All amounts above 30 gallons must be stored in a flammable liquids storage cabinet in a control area. No more than four control areas are allowed on your property.
