WALKED INTERIOR OF THE UNIT, FOUND CLOTHES AND FURNITURE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT. DID HAVE WATER-WATER PAID BY MANAGER. UNIT NOT IN A VERY CLEANLY CONDITION. WINDOW IN REAR BDRM WAS BROKEN OUT. MANAGER KELLY BORGER MENTIONED A 5 DAY EVICTION NOTICE 09/06/07, TENANTS ARE TO BE OUT 09/24/07. MANAGEMENT IS TO RESERVICE THE UNIT, REPLACE FRONT WINDOW, BOARD REAR WINDOW, AND CHANGE LOCKS ON DOOR. UNIT WILL BE POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY" DUE TO LACK OF POWER. FRONT DOOR LOCK AND WINDOWS WERE BEING REPARID WHILE ON SITE INITIALLY. I HAD ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM TENANT ASKING HOW SHE COULD GET INTO THE APARTMENT, I EXPLAINED THEY WOULD NEED TO GET WITH WERTH REALTY AS THEY HAD CHANGED THE FRONT DOOR LOCK. TODAY'S VISIT FOUND THE UNIT REMAINED VACANT & SECURED AND THE PROPERTY POSTED BY THE COURT CONSTABLE, ALL BELONGINGS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. KELLY INFORMED ME THAT ALL UTILITIES WOULD HAVE TO BE TURNED ON BEFORE REOCCUPYING THE UNIT, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW TENANT. DNR HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES/COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
