WALKED INTERIOR OF THE UNIT, FOUND CLOTHES AND FURNITURE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT. DID HAVE WATER-WATER PAID BY MANAGER. UNIT NOT IN A VERY CLEANLY CONDITION. WINDOW IN REAR BDRM WAS BROKEN OUT. MANAGER KELLY BORGER MENTIONED A 5 DAY EVICTION NOTICE 09/06/07, TENANTS ARE TO BE OUT 09/24/07. MANAGEMENT IS TO RESERVICE THE UNIT, REPLACE FRONT WINDOW, BOARD REAR WINDOW, AND CHANGE LOCKS ON DOOR. UNIT WILL BE POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY" DUE TO LACK OF POWER.
