FRONT DOOR LOCK AND WINDOWS WERE BEING REPARID WHILE ON SITE INITIALLY. I HAD ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM TENANT ASKING HOW SHE COULD GET INTO THE APARTMENT, I EXPLAINED THEY WOULD NEED TO GET WITH WERTH REALTY AS THEY HAD CHANGED THE FRONT DOOR LOCK.

TODAY'S VISIT FOUND THE UNIT REMAINED VACANT & SECURED AND THE PROPERTY POSTED BY THE COURT CONSTABLE, ALL BELONGINGS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. KELLY INFORMED ME THAT ALL UTILITIES WOULD HAVE TO BE TURNED ON BEFORE REOCCUPYING THE UNIT, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW TENANT. DNR HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES/COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
