The owner indicated that the tenant requested to move in prior to those same issues being addressed. The owner stated further that he has had a number of problems with the tenant and plans to give him a 30 notice to vacate the property. I called the tenant to speak with him however got voicemail. I left a message and I will attempt to make contact tomorrow. DC
