Spoke with property owner who states the issues in the complaint have been repaired already. The owner indicated that the tenant requested to move in prior to those same issues being addressed. The owner stated further that he has had a number of problems with the tenant and plans to give him a 30 notice to vacate the property. I called the tenant to speak with him however got voicemail. I left a message and I will attempt to make contact tomorrow. DC |
