08/13/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required Met at property with owner and tenant. Areas of correction were identified. All parties were in agreement and repairs were started immediately. The owner called myself about an hour after I left the residence to state the cooler was repaired and functioning properly.
