On 12-28-06, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted: Currently there is a shed, in which the combustible side is within 10 feet an exit. This shed shall be inspected. Arrangements have been made to inspect the contents of this shed. The contents at that time shall be judged to determine the reliability of the exit. The contents and structural integrity shall be inspected. This shed could become and impediment to this exit. If such building or premises is occupied, the fire code official shall present credentials to the occupant and request entry. If such building or premises is unoccupied, the fire code official shall first make a reasonable effort to locate the owner or other person having charge or control of the building or premises and request entry. If entry is refused, the fire code official has recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry. |
