This gives the theory of the sink water being left on some credibility. I reitterated to Dan that in order for the tenant to move in the holes would have to be patched and the carpet professionally cleaned. Dan stated that the lady should be able to move in tomorrow. |

The inspection was required in order to move the tenant back into the apartment from the motel where the City of Tucson temporarily placed her. Becky was present because she had to pay the cab driver to transport the tenant (Peggy). What was ordered in the notice was to dry and sanitize the carpet, repair the water leak and patch the wall. The carpet was dried and sanitized and the wall was partially patched. I accepted the progress and authorized the tenant to move back in. What is outstanding on this violation is to provide D.N.R. w/ a copy of the carpet persons invioce stating the drying and sanitizing of the carpet, complete the minimal patching and put the range back in place. This was told to Daniel and my fax number was given. |
