I looked at the water heater and did find signs of previous leaks. The water fucet was turned on and found hot water at the premises. The notices at the door were removed. Final status is subject to Becky.
12/07/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MADE A F/U INSPECTION AT THE SITE AND verified that no plumbing was repaired and took photos of the affected area. The water was on. This gives the theory of the sink water being left on some credibility.

I reitterated to Dan that in order for the tenant to move in the holes would have to be patched and the carpet professionally cleaned. Dan stated that the lady should be able to move in tomorrow.
