05/15/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH JONATHAN, REPRESENTING EVENCHIK RESIDENTIAL LLC. JONATHAN MENTIONED THAT NO WATER WAS ON AT THE UNIT AT THIS TIME DUE TO WATER TAMPERING AND TUCSON WATER REMOVING THE WATER METER. JONATHAN ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE UNIT HAS BEEN VACANT FOR SOME TIME BUT THE STRUCTURE WAS SECURED BY BOARD-UP. I VISITED THE PROPERTY WITH JONATHAN AND DID FIND PROPERTY HAD BEED SECURED, HOWEVER AT THIS TIME THERE WERE 3 OPENINGS - FRONT DOOR, FRONT WINDOW, AND BELOW COOLER THAT WERE UNSECURED. MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT THOSE OPENINGS WOULD NEED TO BE RE-SECURED. A NOV WAS ISSUED FOR A VACANT & UNSECURED STRUCTURE, SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. PAPER WORK SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN FABULA, DATED & PRINTED NAME UNDER SIGNATURE IN LEFT HAND CORNER. I MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT I HAD 2 ADDITIONAL NOVs AND ASKED IF MAINTENANCE/BOARD-UP WORKERS COULD SIGN FOR NOVs, JONATHAN SAID NO PROBLEM.
05/18/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE AFTER RECEIVING A CALL FROM JONATHAN FABULA OF EVENCHIK PROPERTIES MENTIONING STRUCTURE HAD BEEN PROPERLY SECURED AND THAT HE HAD CHECKED THIS MORNING TO BE SURE PROPERTY REMAINED SECURED. UPON MY ARRIVAL, I DID FIND ALL OPENINGS SECURED AND FOUND THAT THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN CLEARED BY MAINTENANCE. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. COMPLIANCE CASE CLOSED!! * CSR PLEASE SEND 180 DAY NOTICE TO OWNER CONCERNING BOARD-UP ON WINDOWS
