MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT THOSE OPENINGS WOULD NEED TO BE RE-SECURED. A NOV WAS ISSUED FOR A VACANT & UNSECURED STRUCTURE, SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. PAPER WORK SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN FABULA, DATED & PRINTED NAME UNDER SIGNATURE IN LEFT HAND CORNER. I MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT I HAD 2 ADDITIONAL NOVs AND ASKED IF MAINTENANCE/BOARD-UP WORKERS COULD SIGN FOR NOVs, JONATHAN SAID NO PROBLEM. |
