JONATHAN ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE UNIT HAS BEEN VACANT FOR SOME TIME BUT THE STRUCTURE WAS SECURED BY BOARD-UP. I VISITED THE PROPERTY WITH JONATHAN AND DID FIND PROPERTY HAD BEED SECURED, HOWEVER AT THIS TIME THERE WERE 3 OPENINGS - FRONT DOOR, FRONT WINDOW, AND BELOW COOLER THAT WERE UNSECURED. MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT THOSE OPENINGS WOULD NEED TO BE RE-SECURED. A NOV WAS ISSUED FOR A VACANT & UNSECURED STRUCTURE, SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN. PICTURES WERE TAKEN.

PAPER WORK SIGNED FOR BY JONATHAN FABULA, DATED & PRINTED NAME UNDER SIGNATURE IN LEFT HAND CORNER.

I MENTIONED TO JONATHAN THAT I HAD 2 ADDITIONAL NOVs AND ASKED IF MAINTENANCE/BOARD-UP WORKERS COULD SIGN FOR NOVs, JONATHAN SAID NO PROBLEM.
