05/17/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND FRONT DOORWAY HAD BEEN SECURED, THE WINDOW RIGHT NEXT TO IT HAD BEEN BROKEN AND WAS NOW UNSECURED. WINDOW NEXT OR UNDER THE COOLER REMAINED UNSECURED. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH JONATHAN OF EVENCHIK PROPERTIES.

5/17/06 VISITED CHATEAU PROPERTIES, 1402 N ALVERNON WAY, SPOKE WITH JONATHAN EXPLAINED I FOUND SOME OPENINGS SECURED BUT STILL FOUND 3 OPENINGS UNSECURED AND ASKED THEY BE SECURED. JOANTHAN CALLED MAINTENANCE WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE, ASKED THEY MEET HIM AT THE SITE TO SECURE THE STRUCTURES.
