Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Shall have all fire extingushers inspected, this shall be done on a yearly bases.

Automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be serviced at least every 6 months and after activation of the system. Shall have a up to date inspection done on hood extingushing system and a copy of the report sent to Fire Prevention at 797 E. Ajo.
