ADDITION OF 3 CIRCUTS, 1- FOR 220 OUTLET IN LAUNDRY ROOM. 1- FOR EXTERIOR LIGHTPOST IN BACK YARD WITH ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR (ROMEX) NOT IN CONDUIT AND 1- 40 AMP BREAKER BOX WITH ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS IN CONDUIT CONNECTED. THESE ITEMS ARE EVIDENCE OF W/O/P WILL DO RESEARCH & CHECKED FOR PERMITS. (2) LACKING REQUIRED SMOKE DETECTOR. (3) SOUTH EAST BEDROOM WINDOW CRANK NOT OPERATIONAL. (4) DRYER LACKING EXHAUST VENT PIPE. (5) NEW 30 GALLON HOTWATER HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED & IS LACKING DRAINPIPE FOR T.P.R. VALVE AND FLUE VENT JOINTS HAVE NOT BEEN SEALED. ALTERATION & ADDITION TO GAS PIPING FOR DRYER HAVE BEEN MADE. WILL DO RESEARCH & CHECK FOR PERMIT. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. WILL ISSUE N.O.V. WHEN RESEARCH IS COMPLETE.

WENT OVER VIOLATIONS, OWNER HAS REMOVED GAS PIPING IN VIOLATION FOR GAS DRYER. OWENR IN PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR COMBE PERMIT FOR PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL ISSUES. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WILL INSTALL G.F.I.C. CIRCUITS IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM REMOVE ALL NON GROUNDED RECEPTACLES THROUGHOUT STUCTURES REMOVE (2) ILLEGAL CIRCUITS IN CARPORT AREA AND INSTALL NEW. PERMITTED CIRCUIT FOR EXTERIOR LIGHTING.
