12/13/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Unit #29 was flooded in the bathroom. The tub was holding water and the toilet was backed up when used. The maintenance man was on site working on clearing the line. The line was being snaked at the time of the inspection. The bedroom has carpet and it was soaked with water from the plumbing backed up and leaking onto the floor. The unit has hoarding issues. The tenant is a Veteran and will be checking to get assistance to have the tenant removed from the unit. Not able to get assistance tonight and will be coming back in the morning. The sewer line has been cleared and the area cleaned and will be fixing the dripping faucet in the tub and shower. Called the T.F.D. supervisor to check if can be assistance and was going to call back. Due to the time and no call back, left the site. RV.
12/16/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Came to the site and met with Cliff Wade and team and the tenant was removed and taken to the VA hospital for evaluation and find somewhere else to stay. The electrical was removed at the meter and the unit was boarded up. The management was not doing anything on repairing the unit. The tenant was advised that he will still have access to the unit when he finds another place to stay. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. The tenant has no key to the locks. Will do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate. RV.
