The maintenance man was on site working on clearing the line. The line was being snaked at the time of the inspection. The bedroom has carpet and it was soaked with water from the plumbing backed up and leaking onto the floor. The unit has hoarding issues. The tenant is a Veteran and will be checking to get assistance to have the tenant removed from the unit. Not able to get assistance tonight and will be coming back in the morning. The sewer line has been cleared and the area cleaned and will be fixing the dripping faucet in the tub and shower. Called the T.F.D. supervisor to check if can be assistance and was going to call back. Due to the time and no call back, left the site. RV. |
