12/16/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Came to the site and met with Cliff Wade and team and the tenant was removed and taken to the VA hospital for evaluation and find somewhere else to stay. The electrical was removed at the meter and the unit was boarded up. The management was not doing anything on repairing the unit. The tenant was advised that he will still have access to the unit when he finds another place to stay. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. The tenant has no key to the locks. Will do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate. RV.
12/16/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and met with Cliff Wade and Susan Cota from the Well safety. The tenant was removed from the unit and taken to the VA Hospital. Did call T.E.P. to have the electrical removed. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the window and the door boarded up. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacated on the front door. The unit is starting to smell from the water in the carpet drying out. The door is not able to lock and the tenant has no key. The management does not answer the door or phone.
12/16/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Received calls that the tenant was back on site. Arrived and met with the tenants and the maintenance man and he was not on site at this time. Did wait for some time and check around the buildings and not able to find the tenant on site. The unit is still secured and the paperwork has been removed from the property. Left the site and check if kept secured next week. RV.
12/20/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The unit is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. The management is going through the eviction processe Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
