Graffiti was still present on the wall in the alley as well as the chairs. Spoke with owner who states that alley grass/weeds will be resolved over the weekend but is unsure when the graffiti will be resolved. Removal of indoor lounge chairs in the front yard will not be happening per the owner. Should violations still be present at next follow-up, Citation will be issued. |
