Follow-up inspection was conducted to check on the status of the graffiti and it was observed that that graffiti was still present. Owner was contacted and they will be reacing out to residents to come up with a plan to resolve the violations. Owner asked for a follow-up call in a weeks time to get a better ides as to how they will be going about resolving the violations. |

Follow--up inspection was conducted and it was observed that the grass/weeds were resolved on the butting sidewalk but there was still work to do regarding them in the front yard and alley. Graffiti was still present on the wall in the alley as well as the chairs. Spoke with owner who states that alley grass/weeds will be resolved over the weekend but is unsure when the graffiti will be resolved. Removal of indoor lounge chairs in the front yard will not be happening per the owner. Should violations still be present at next follow-up, Citation will be issued. |
