Inspector onsite observed an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass in the front/back yards, abutting sidewalk and easement. There is outdoor storage in the front yard in the form of lounge seats. There is refuse and debris throughout the abutting easement and graffiti along the property wall in the easement. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
