The dead fronds are above a horizontal line extended from the top if the wall, meaning they are greater than 8 feet from the structure. I am unable to determine if they are 10 feet from the structure using an angled measurement. At this time, unable to demonstrate the palm trees are in violation. The grass between the sidewalk and curb appears to be fountain grass. Will conduct additional research. -VM | |

Returned to property and found homeowner has trimmed both palm trees and removed all fountain grass voluntarily without a notice or order to do so. Made contact with the owner and thanked him for his cooperation. Violations are abated, close case. |
