140 pm - Research confirmed the grass in question was fountain grass, also invasive. Returned to property and found homeowner has trimmed both palm trees and removed all fountain grass voluntarily without a notice or order to do so. Made contact with the owner and thanked him for his cooperation. Violations are abated, close case. |
