203 PM - Met with owner on site. I measured palm trees to be 8 feet from the north wall of the structure. The dead fronds are above a horizontal line extended from the top if the wall, meaning they are greater than 8 feet from the structure. I am unable to determine if they are 10 feet from the structure using an angled measurement. At this time, unable to demonstrate the palm trees are in violation. The grass between the sidewalk and curb appears to be fountain grass. Will conduct additional research. -VM |
