10/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VISITED SITE AT 5:22 AM, DROVE TO THE OFFICE AND FOUND SUPERINTENDENT WHO STATED HE GETS TO THE SITE EVERY MORNING AT 5:15 AM DUE TO THE SAME COMPLAINT THAT PEOPLE HAVE COME INTO THE OFFICE COMPLAINING ABOUT EARLY MORNING STARTS. MARK STATED HE HAS BEEN STARTING AT 5:15 TO MAKE SURE SUB CONTRACTORS ARE COMPLYING WITH THEIR EXISTING 6:30 START TIME, HE STATED EVERY DAY THAT A FEW OF THE CONTRACTORS ARE SHOWING UP EARLY AND BECAUSE OF THE ISSUE ARE HOLDING A MEETING ON FRIDAYS 10/27 TO MAKE A CHANGE TO THE START TIME AND WE DISCUSSED ABOUT JUST HAVING SUB CONTRACTORS START AT 7 AM. I DID FOLLOW SUPERINTENDENT FROM JOB TO JOB EXPLAINING TO THOSE STARTING EARLY THAT THEY COULD NOT BE ON THE JOB UNTIL SUNRISE WHICH IS AT 6:38 AM. THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM UPPER ADMISISTRATOR TRAVIS FOR MAHATTMY HOMES WHO VERIFIED THAT THE MEETING DID TAKE PLACE AND THE START TIME WAS CHANGED TO 7:00 AM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. SPOKE TO C/E SUPERVISOR LAURIE P. WHO STATED WE COULD GO AHEAD AND CLOSE CASE AND REOPEN IF PROBLEMS CONTINUE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
