CE-VIO1023-06219 Closed - Resolved Code Enforcement Case RWOP- Contractors starting work well before the ordinance allows and they don’t have an exemption. They have starting between 5:00am & 6am consistently even after numerous complaints to the project manager of the development with Mattamy Homes. The ordinance is clear that they can’t start before sunrise and they do but they have to have an exemption to do so.
