Management has shown me the policy and has informed the tenant, management also shared documents from past instances when the tenant has refused service. I explained to the tenant that he should not refuse service when management is attempting to fix his issues in the unit. The management had a contractor come by and verify the bed bug infestation and is going to perform treatment within the next 24 hours.
