Management has shown me the policy and has informed the tenant, management also shared documents from past instances when the tenant has refused service. I explained to the tenant that he should not refuse service when management is attempting to fix his issues in the unit. The management had a contractor come by and verify the bed bug infestation and is going to perform treatment within the next 24 hours. The tenant is in agreement with the managements process and stated that he will cooperate. I will follow up today 10/12 |
