09/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Onsite inspector observed an accumulation of outdoor storage and refuse and debris in the front yard. There was also an unpermitted fence made out of garage door panels and unpermitted shade covering in the front yard. After conducting further research, it was noted that the property also has unpermitted structures in the sides of the property and back yard and a garage made into a living space without a permit. A Notice of Violation issued to property owner.
10/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Follow-up was conducted and it was observed that the violations regarding refuse/debris and outdoor storage were resolved. However, there were still some structures on property (fence additions, sheds) that where still there and without permits/compliance review and no record of getting that started. Was able to make contact with owner and a follow-up visit was scheduled for tomorrow to explain what needs permits. There is also now a large yellow commercial vehicle parked on property.
