Follow-up was conducted and it was observed that the violations regarding refuse/debris and outdoor storage were resolved. However, there were still some structures on property (fence additions, sheds) that where still there and without permits/compliance review and no record of getting that started. Was able to make contact with owner and a follow-up visit was scheduled for tomorrow to explain what needs permits. There is also now a large yellow commercial vehicle parked on property. |

Met with owner to explain what structures were seen to be unpermitted on the property. Owner will reach out to PDSD to get permits submitted and/or get compliance reviews done. Yellow commercial truck no longer on property. Follow-up in 30 days checking on permit progress. |
