Onsite inspector observed an accumulation of outdoor storage and refuse and debris in the front yard. There was also an unpermitted fence made out of garage door panels and unpermitted shade covering in the front yard. After conducting further research, it was noted that the property also has unpermitted structures in the sides of the property and back yard and a garage made into a living space without a permit. A Notice of Violation issued to property owner. |
