09/11/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Rental property raw sewage is backing up into the street. Issued 30 day notice for property owners to fix plumbing system under permit. While on site property mgmt. had Plumbing Contractor on site working on the plumbing problem. Discussed sanitizing the street area exposed to raw sewage. Property Manager and Plumber both agreed that this would be taken care of.
07/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Met w/City of Tucson Transportation Construction Inspector, Plumber hired to make repair to the plumbing system. Sewer pipe has shifted and is causing the blockage of sewage in the street near the area the sewer line is suppose to tye into the County sewer line. Building B & C both are being shut down due to the water line service being cut to this location to allow for the Plumber to make repairs to the sewer line. Occupants relocated. Meeting set to meet with upper property management, Plumber, Transportation Construction Inspector, County and Streets. To coordinate the repair to the sewer line located in the street. At this time I want to know when will services be fully restore back to the property. I will also require owner submit current plans to PDSD identifying the current configuration of the plumbing system. Current plumbing plan on file does not match the current system.
