Rental property raw sewage is backing up into the street. Issued 30 day notice for property owners to fix plumbing system under permit. While on site property mgmt. had Plumbing Contractor on site working on the plumbing problem. Discussed sanitizing the street area exposed to raw sewage. Property Manager and Plumber both agreed that this would be taken care of. |
