However, refuse and debris was still present in the form of the palm fronds still present in the side yard. The palm tree still needs to be trimmed to removed the dead fronds hanging within 10 ft off the ground. Lastly, the back yard also still does need attending regarding the overgrown weeds/grass able to be observed from the public right of way. Contact was made with owner and a 2 week extension to resolve the issue was requested and granted. |
