Inspector on site and observed, from the public right-of-way, an accumulation of grass/weeds in the front yard, abutting sidewalk, and in the back yard, fallen cactus arms in the front yard, dead palm fronds hanging from palm tree within 10 ft from the ground, and a pile of dead palm fronds on the left side of the house. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
